This is my piggy bank. I bought this in the Philippines . These are loose change of my hubby. It’s amazing how it mounts up. I saved it because he doesn’t want to carry coins with him. Just in five months, I saved 156 dollars worth of loose change. I guess, time to hit the slot machine. I am rich, he-he.
One hundred fifty and six dollars is already a lot of money in the Philippines. I am thinking to save more again so that I can send money to my family there.

This is my daughter. We bought her a monobloc mobile toy. She likes to play with the empty boxes than with the toy we gave her. Kids love them more than the toys that come in with them. With all the toys around her, she’d rather play with the box. I guess a child will quickly become bored with the toy and play with the box instead. They enjoy playing with boxes using their imagination.

One of the scenic views in Boracay Island . This was taken last June 2007. I’d park myself right under the umbrella with a book and a cold ice tea. Nice place for a vacation, the clouds looks amazing. With this kind of view you’d wish to have stayed longer.

As a tradition every mall has unique decorations every season of the year. Like this one in SM. Very colorful “giant” butterflies. This is during summer.

You’ll see in this picture the first planted stalks and was harvested before summer last year. He is now waiting for his second batch to be harvested. After riding the parasailing with my hubby I tried it by myself. It’s really fun. Whew! I never thought I have guts to ride one of this. You should really try this while you’re still in Subic Bay . It’s more than riding a roller coater. Just imagine the thrill and the excitement.

Mines View Park in Baguio . This is my hubby and my daughter wearing the native costume of Igorot. They are so cute. Their background is the breathtaking panoramic view of Benguet’s gold and copper mines and the surrounding mountains. The observation deck can be reached following a winding stone-constructed stairway.

Scenic view from Peoples Park or formerly known as Palace in the sky in Tagaytay City . This is an unobstructed coverage of the Taal Lake and surrounding ridges. The complex also has picnic huts and relaxation areas. You’ll really enjoy the cool mountain breeze coming from the different directions.

Still have to pose after climbing the 214 steps to see the view of Chocolate Hills. This is the most famous tourist attraction in Bohol . Some say it looks like a women’s breast. The hills are covered in green grass that turns brown during the dry season. In the Chocolate Hills Complex have a restaurant, swimming pool and an observation deck.
