This is a “lato” which is a type of seaweed that has green colored tiny bulb attached to a thick stem. My hubby likes to eat “lato”. He first tasted “lato” during our lunch after our underground river cave tour in Palawan . He likes eating this because it somewhat keep popping in his mouth. The style of cooking of “lato” is just like salad. A little bit of vinegar, salt, onion, ginger, tomatoes and lemon. Yay, my mouth is watering.
