While The Guitar Gently Weeps

Guitars and violins could enhance music, it could also speak a language all on its own, which could be perceived by the heart and stir some remembrances of days gone past. My younger brother was given a guitar by his friend. He loved the guitar so much he saved his allowance to buy the guitar a case. On the day he brought the case home the guitar was chopped by his younger brother. He wept and hugged the chopped guitar to his breast. Tears welled down my eyes as I watched my brother.

For months now he would always ogle the beginning guitar whenever he gets a chance and was able to sit in front of the PC without getting disturb. I could sense his longing for his chopped guitar for although it was not a Gibson, still it provided for him comfort during the times he was able to make his guitar gently weep.

A Door As Good As New

My family and I recently moved to a house in Cali. We got it for a good deal, and I could not be any happier with it. The neighbors are friendly, the town accommodating, and we settled right in. The house was very cozy and everything was going great. The only problem was, the door of my son kept squeaking, and it was a bit irritating for all of us. Then, after several days it unexpectedly just went off its doors and fell down.

Good thing no one was hurt by that encounter. Upon inspection I saw that the hinge of the door was old and worn out. I went online and got a new one, together with other supplies. I assembled the door and installed it with the new hinge. It looked and felt like new. It no longer squeaked, and best of all, we are assured that it will just stay put.
