Effective Stress Reducer

I have learned in one of my readings that humor is an effective stress reducer. It may actually increase antibody production which means that a stronger immune system. Even just reading humorous books and stories, listening to joke and short periods of heart laughter were enough to induce several hours of painless sleep when one is in pain. It is also beneficial in stimulating breathing, muscular activity, and heart rate. Memories Frozen in Time
