Purple Cabbage

You might be wondering what this is. It is what we called purple Cabbage. If cooked the purple cabbage will normally turn blue and other foods mixed with it will turn red. To retain the purple color it is necessary to add vinegar or acidic fruit to the pot. This is perfect for serving raw in salads.
